Total Package
Came across this video interview with the industrial designer, Nao Tanaka, who designs jewelry-like mobile phones for KDDi.
In the video, she mentions about creating the total package which I agree with her. A total experience of the phone does not stop at the physical look. In fact, it could extend to the user interface and animation. I call it the soft side of the phone.
